Agreement
These terms apply to all services provided by Strive Cleaning Oklahoma. Booking a service means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. The price we quote is the price you pay. We do not add charges on the day. If conditions on site turn out to be materially different from what was described (significantly more windows, restricted access, heavy restoration work needed), we will stop, explain, and re-quote before doing anything. You are free to decline at that point at no cost.
Scheduling, weather and cancellations
We will confirm your appointment window in advance. Oklahoma weather occasionally makes exterior work unsafe or pointless; if we need to reschedule for weather we will contact you and move you to the next available slot at no charge. Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Access
We need access to an outdoor water spigot and to any gates, side yards or interior rooms included in the job. Please secure pets and move fragile items away from the windows before we arrive.
Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and re-clean at no charge. If we still cannot get it right, we refund you. This guarantee covers workmanship. It does not cover pre-existing conditions we identified and disclosed before starting: for example hard-water etching already bitten into the glass, failed seals, oxidation, or damaged screens and frames.
Pre-existing damage
We inspect before we start and will point out any cracked panes, failed seals, rotten sills, loose screens or damaged siding we find. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects that only become visible once the surface is clean.
Liability and insurance
We are licensed, bonded and insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a commercial account with different terms has been agreed in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
