“Best window cleaning service I've ever used, and the difference on the upstairs glass was night and day. The team was professional, fast and thorough from start to finish.”
Oklahoma concrete does not stay light for long. Red clay dust works into the surface, north-facing slabs grow algae through the wet months, and every summer bakes the whole lot in.
We clean hard surfaces across the OKC metro with a rotating surface cleaner rather than a bare wand, which is the only way to get an even finish instead of the zebra striping a wand leaves behind.
What's included
- Driveways, sidewalks and approaches
- Patios, pool decks and outdoor kitchens
- Garage floors, porches and steps
- Wood and vinyl fencing
- Retaining walls and hardscaping
- Oil, rust and organic staining pre-treated
Flatwork done properly
A surface cleaner covers the slab in overlapping passes at a consistent distance. That consistency is what stops the striping. Oil spots, rust runs from sprinkler systems and organic staining are pre-treated before the main pass rather than blasted at afterwards.
Most standard two-car driveways are a same-day job. Larger drives, circular approaches and long rural entries are quoted on square footage.
Knowing when not to use pressure
High pressure belongs on concrete and masonry that can take it. Point it at siding, painted brick or stucco and you force water behind the panels, strip paint and leave permanent wand marks.
Anything painted, rendered or panelled gets soft washed instead. If your job is mostly siding rather than flatwork, that is the service you want.
Book it with your window cleaning
Exterior washing and window cleaning on the same visit is the efficient order of operations. The house gets washed first, the glass gets cleaned after, and nothing has to be redone. Bundling also comes in cheaper than two separate trips.
Where we work
Oklahoma City, Edmond, North OKC and Guthrie are on our daily metro route. Tulsa is serviced on scheduled route days. Just outside those lines? Call and ask. We usually can.
Pressure Washing, your questions
How long does a driveway take?
A typical two-car driveway takes one to two hours including pre-treatment. Larger or heavily stained flatwork takes longer and we will tell you the estimate up front.
Can you remove rust stains and oil?
Most of them. Rust from sprinkler systems and fresh oil generally come out with a targeted pre-treatment. Old oil that has soaked deep into porous concrete may lighten rather than disappear, and we will be straight with you about that before we start.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach an outdoor water spigot and get through any gates. We will text you when the crew arrives and when the job is finished.
Is it safe around plants and pets?
Yes. Landscaping is pre-wetted and rinsed afterwards and our solutions are biodegradable. Keep pets indoors while the crew works, as you would for any exterior job.
Will it damage my concrete?
Not at the pressures and technique we use. Concrete, brick and stone take high pressure well. The damage people worry about comes from holding a narrow-tip wand too close, which a surface cleaner physically cannot do.
