Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Strive Cleaning Oklahoma ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you give us through this website, by phone, or by text message.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or area, and anything you tell us about the job. If you call or text us we keep a record of that contact. We also collect standard analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, which is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
To prepare and send your quote, to schedule and complete work, to invoice you, and to follow up on service. If you have opted in to SMS, we use your number to send the categories of message you consented to and nothing else.
SMS messaging and consent
SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving service. We offer two separate opt-ins: one for non-marketing service messages (appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, service updates, customer support) and one for marketing messages (offers, discounts, seasonal promotions).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of service messages, and vice versa.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold to anyone. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: scheduling and CRM software, payment processing, and email delivery. They are bound to use it only to provide that service. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Quote and job records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or unsubscribe from any communication. Email us and we will action it.
